  • Over his career, Kevin has served in numerous capacities to include as a SWAT Team Leader and Assistant Team Commander 

  • Kevin is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and holds a Master Degree in Public Administration

  • Kevin has been an active shooter response and patrol procedures and tactics instructor for over 20 years. 

  • Kevin is a Certified Active Shooter/Hostile Event Response (ASHER) Instructor

  • Kevin is an active member of the FBI National Academy Associates (FBINAA) and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP).
